How can I get Ghost PigeonTM?

1. If you are living in the UK simply text the word GHOST to 60999.

2. If you are living outside of the UK, at the top of the page simply select your country in the dropdown menu to reveal the short code and text number.

Credit and Debit Card payments will be available soon on the Ghost PigeonTM website.

Will there be a subscription fee for Ghost PigeonTM?
No. There will be no subscription fee for Ghost PigeonTM. You just buy the software without paying a monthly fee.
What phone models are Ghost PigeonTM compatible with?
Ghost PigeonTM is currently available on all Nokia S60 series phones. Shortly to be released on Nokia E-Series. To check all compatibility click here.
What happens if I try purchasing Ghost PigeonTM with an uncompatible phone?
If you attempt to download Ghost PigeonTM to a uncompatible phone, you will still be charged. There are no refunds so it is very important that you check the Phone Compatibility before committing to a purchase of the Ghost PigeonTM Software.
Why is my phone model or carrier not listed?
If you do not see your phone model or service provider listed on our site, we do not currently support your phone. Please do not order to a phone that is not yours as we cannot guarantee a successful product. We are constantly adding new providers and phones, please check Phone Compatibility.
Who do I contact if I have a query or a complaint?

I haven't received my Ghost PigeonTM download. What is the problem?

Please make sure that WAP Push is enabled on your mobile phone. Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all".

On a Nokia handset:

  • Services > Settings > Service Inbox settings
  • Messaging > Settings > Service Msg.

My download WAP link has arrived, but I can't find it. Where is it?
The download link is in the body of a message that Ghost Pigeon sent to your mobile phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox" or simply "Push Inbox".
What steps do I take with the download link I received?
  1. Open the message Ghot PigeonTM sent you.
  2. Scroll down to the download link.
  3. Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to Ghost PigeonTM
  4. The download will start automatically.
  5. Ghost PigeonTM will automatically begin installation.
  6. And that’s it! You have Ghost PigeonTM, The Phone within a Phone.

Important notice: Never click "interrupt" during the download! Please wait until the download is finished.

Why can't I download when I click on the link?
WAP might not be set up correctly on your mobile phone. Please ask your wireless carrier how to adjust your settings.
How do I find my mobile phone model?

Your phone model is listed on your phone under the battery.

If you pull off your battery, there is a sticker on the back of the phone with the phone model listed. You may also contact your carrier for model information.

How do I get internet service on my phone?

In order to receive Ghost PigeonTM, you must have wireless web and text capabilities enabled on your phone.
